What I did was email the OnlyFans complaints department describing my experience

They asked me to send them the relevant bits of my conversation with Milana Queen

They said that they would contact the account holder

Then after having followed this up they said that if I hadn't been contacted by the account holder they would review my complaint internally

After having done this review they contacted me to say that they would refund the money to my bank account and it would take 2 to 5 days to clear

It did clear, so I have my money back

Of course, if had listened to someone with limited intelligence like you then I wouldn't have got my money back

It should be just like buying a pizza and indeed I was refunded as I would expect with a pizza delivery service
